Strategic Counseling
Harrell Levine P.C. provides strategic counseling to entrepreneurs, early stage companies, small businesses and venture capital firms. The firm's founders combined have more than three decades of experience, mostly in large national and regional law firms in Silicon Valley and Las Vegas. We founded the firm with the goal of offering our clients the benefit of that experience at a cost that is reflective of the dramatically changed economic landscape and our clients' needs and circumstances.
