Jeff Harrell focuses on advising entrepreneurs, emerging businesses, small businesses and private and public technology companies in connection with formation, securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Jeff represents clients competing in a range of industries, including networking and communications, semiconductor, internet and software.  Jeff has extensive mergers and acquisitions experience, which has included the representation of public and private buyers and sellers.  Jeff has represented numerous companies in connection with raising capital through private and public debt and equity financings.  Jeff also advises companies with respect to general corporate matters, including corporate governance, disclosure and securities matters on an ongoing basis.

Jeff was a co-founder, director and chief operating officer of Veloce Technologies, Inc., a fabless semiconductor company (acquired by Applied Micro Circuits Corporation in June 2012).
